Анотація
Актуальність. Успішне лікування бойових ран має ґрунтуватись на суворих наукових засадах, в основі яких не лише часові межі для успішної санації рани, а й якість та обсяг проведених заходів, логістика подальшого спостереження, діагностики та лікування, якість перев’язок та післяопераційного догляду, чітке розуміння плану лікувально-профілактичних заходів та послідовності евакуації пораненого.
Мета роботи. Визначити обсяг та вибір оптимальної лікувальної тактики воєнних поранень упродовж війни в Україні з 2014 року у пацієнтів, в яких були інфекційні ускладнення з боку опорно-рухової системи.
Матеріали і методи. Проаналізовано історії хвороби пацієнтів, які лікувалися з інфекційними ускладненнями в клініці кістково-гнійної хірургії ДУ “Інститут травматології та ортопедії НАМН України” у період з 2014-го до середини 2022 року.
Результати та висновки. Лікування інфекційних ускладнень воєнного поранення має більш інтенсивний, затяжний, затратний ресурсно та матеріально характер. План охоплює етапне лікування із застосуванням різних хірургічних процедур та технік.
